Wow.....this must be my chocolate week.
Within a week's time, I've tried so many special chocolate, gift from colleagues and friend.
First and foremost is the Royce Potatochip Chocolate bought from Singapore.
Hmm....quite special, never thought of matching potatochips with chocolate, haha.....
Potatochip is lightly salted, thick enough (bit thicker than Pringles, yet still chrispy), and coated with Royce chocolate on one side.
Royce chocolate?? Erm....quite smooth, very rich, not too sweet.
Best stored at room temperature, then it melts inside your mouth easily.
Oh ya....Royce chocolate is a product from Japan.
Too bad their website is solely in Japanese - http://www.e-royce.com/.

Apple Chocolate??

It's actually cooked apple coated with chocolate, with a touch of brandy.

Third one is Marshmallow Chocolate.
Nothing special with the marshmallow inside, but the white chocolate is really nice.

Strawberry chocolate.
The first chocolate I had this week.
Given by a colleague, frozen dried strawberry coated with chocolate.
This strawberry white chocolate I bought myself, hehe.....
Went to Beryl's Chocolate Kingdom with colleagues.
Some chocolates sold there are actually exported under different name to Japan, so cant find in local market.
A great place for chocolate lovers.
Why so great??
1. Samples are available for most chocolates, for FREE
2. Discount for local/walk-in (we got 20% discount)
3. Friendly staffs
4. Introduction to chocolate production
Strawberry White Chocolate
Tiramisu Almond White Chocolate, their most famous and best selling product.
A must-try. I bought one big pack for myself too :p
